The Outlook app allows you to be able to delay the time it takes before you receive a notification of new mail.
1. Launch the app and tap on your "settings" gear
2. Tap on your Email Account
3. Tap on your Notifications
4. You will have the option to only get notified all "All mail" Outlook's "Focused Inbox" or "None".
