Why am I receiving this error?
- The Exchange server that we connect to via IMAP (our default) might see these emails. They get sent by Exchange to you when they have a folder with a character in the name Exchange IMAP doesn't like.
- A bunch of times the poorly named folder is invisible to them.
Resolutions:
- Please rename these folders to resolve the issue.
- If that doesn't work, please reach out to us via support@sanebox.com and we can switch which protocol we use.
