How do I Rename My Sane Folders?

Simply rename your Sane folders as you would any other folders in your email application. SaneBox will do the rest.

Gmail Webmail:

1. Go to your Settings page and make sure you are in the Labels tab.
2. Click on the Sane label you wish to rename.
3. Type in a new name and press Enter.

Yahoo Webmail:

1. Right click on a folder and select Rename.
2. Type in a new name and press Enter.

Outlook (Web):

1. Right click on a folder and select Rename.
2. Type in a new name and press Enter.

AOL:

• This feature is not available for AOL email users. Please do not rename your Sane folders.

Apple Mail

1. Right click on the folder and select Rename Mailbox.
2. Type in a new name and press Enter.

Outlook (software)

1. Right click on a folder and select Rename.
2. Type in a new name and press Enter.

Thunderbird

1. Right click on a folder and select Rename.
2. Type in a new name and press Enter.

Other Mail Apps:

• In rare cases, if we are unable to detect the renaming, we'll email you. Simply login and point us to the right folder. 

 How do I restore my sane folders to their original names?

1. Select the Pencil icon next to the folder you want to restore.

2. Select the "Restore to" option and select Save.
