We don't provide this service, but we highly recommend using YippieMove to move your email account from one provider to another. Their service is really, really easy to use and incredibly dependable. And, they are really nice guys.
Our recommended email providers are fastmail.fm (paid service) which is great for personal/business/family accounts and Gmail (free).
