How do I find full email headers?

For certain types of support inquiries it is very useful when you include a copy of the full message header details.

Please copy & paste them right into the body of a message to us, rather than sending them as an attached file.

Outlook 2016 Mac

1. Locate the message you'd like to view headers for.
2. Right-click on that line-item.
3. Select  "View Source".

macOS AirMail

1. Open the message you'd like to view headers for.
2. Look to your View Menu.
3. Select  "Show Raw Source".

Gmail - web

1. Log in to Gmail
2. Open the message you'd like to view headers for.
3. Click the down arrow next to Reply, at the top-right of the message pane.
4. Select "Show Original".

FastMail - web

1. Log in to FastMail
2. Open the message you'd like to view headers for.
3. Click the More button in the top-right area of the message pane.
4. Select "Show Raw Message".
