If your IMAP folders are not all showing up, follow the simple folder "subscribe" steps offered by your Outlook mail software. Also be sure to try the "Update Folder List" button in Outlook if needed.
Note: The steps below are *not* required for Exchange email accounts.

Or follow these steps:

Go to the Folder tab in the menu bar, click Update Folder List.

Sometimes it doesn’t work and you have to quit Outlook and restart it.
If the above doesn't work for you, try this:

Right click on Inbox

Go down to IMAP folders

Search to find folders beginning with "Sane"

Subscribe to the folders
Now you should see the new folders appear in the folder list.
