If your newest IMAP server-based folders are not showing up, the steps to "subscribe" to them within your Thunderbird email software install are fairly simple.
While SaneBox activation completes, your email account is fully functional and available for normal use. We'll send a welcome email with "directions", once services are active. At that point, your @SaneLater destination folder will be automatically generated.
- The more email there is in your email hosting account, the longer our SaneBox signup analysis will take to complete. The Speed of your email server is also a setup factor.
- Note that your email never leaves your own hosting account for any of the SaneBox analysis or sorting processes, during signup or ongoing services.

Or, Instead, try following these written steps to complete the process:

Select the mail account from the left column.

Right-click on your mail account name and select the Subscribe option.

You will see all the available IMAP folders on the server. Select the ones that you want to add to your mail client view and click the Subscribe button.

Press the OK button and you will notice that the new folders are now available.
Important Note
You may need to change this setting on the @SaneLater folder in Thunderbird. Otherwise, it doesn't populate, show unread message count, or process junk until you click it.
