The way to fix this is simple. You need to make sure you have subscribed to your Sane folders.
- Go to your iPhone Settings
- Click on Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Click the account you are configuring (such as Exchange)
4. Click on Fetch New Data
5. Click Push
6. Scroll down and check your Sane Folders
